About

Tuska Open Air Metal Festival is Finland's largest heavy metal festival, held annually in Helsinki's Suvilahti district. Since 1998, Tuska has been a pilgrimage for metalheads, featuring the heaviest acts from Finland's world-renowned metal scene alongside international headliners. Finland produces more metal bands per capita than any country on Earth, and Tuska is the celebration of that culture. The three-day urban festival draws around 20,000 fans with lineups spanning classic metal, death metal, black metal, thrash, and doom. Past performers include Slayer, Nightwish, Children of Bodom, and Amon Amarth.
